Home > How we maintain listings
This page explains how winery, tasting room, and wine-country listing information is collected, reviewed, and updated on Discover Wine Online.
Listings on Discover Wine Online may include publicly available business details such as winery or venue name, address, region, website, phone number, business hours, tasting availability, reservation requirements, business type, and discount-related notes when a program is known to us.
Map and guide pages are designed to help wine travelers compare geography, plan routes, and find tasting-discount context. They are planning tools, not a substitute for confirmation with each business.
We update listing information through periodic reviews, publicly available business sources, and corrections submitted by users, winery representatives, and partners. Updates are not continuous or real-time for every field on every listing.
Because tasting fees, reservation policies, passport programs, and hours change frequently, travelers should verify details on the winery's official website or by phone before visiting.
If you see outdated hours, incorrect contact information, a missing discount flag, or another listing issue, use Report Issue from the Help menu or contact Support at support@discoverwine.online. Include the business name, location, and what should change.
Winery and hospitality businesses may also contact Support to request updates to descriptions, links, images, or reservation details shown on Discover Wine Online.
