Long Shadows is one of Walla Walla's most visually memorable tasting rooms. The winery was created around collaborations with internationally known winemakers, and the hospitality space incorporates significant glass artwork by Dale Chihuly. The result is a polished experience that blends wine, design and the story of multiple winemaking perspectives.
The Portfolio Tasting introduces several Long Shadows labels in a seated format and gives hosts room to explain how each wine reflects the winemaker behind it. The Inside Story Tour adds a walk through the winery and a more detailed look at the project, followed by wine with cheese, cured meats and olives. Cabernet, Syrah and other red varieties dominate much of the portfolio.
